Our adventure begins with a meeting at Plaza Regocijo in Cusco, between 12:50 and 1:00 p.m. From here, we will travel by tourist transportation toward the community of Cruzpata, passing through scenic Andean countryside and rural landscapes. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Upon arrival at our ATV base in Cruzpata, our professional guide will provide a safety briefing and explain how to operate the vehicles. We will then have an approximately 10-minute practice session to become familiar with the controls before beginning the ride.

Once everyone is ready, we will begin our ATV adventure toward Huaypo Lagoon, following rural trails surrounded by farmland, mountains, and traditional Andean scenery. Along the way, we will enjoy the natural surroundings and peaceful atmosphere of the local communities.

Our first stop will be the beautiful Huaypo Lagoon, where we can admire its waters surrounded by mountains and learn about the lagoon’s history. There will be time to take photographs and enjoy panoramic views of this natural attraction.

We will then continue to the colonial church of Tiobamba, a landmark that reflects the area’s history and religious traditions. During our visit, we will admire its architecture and learn about its cultural significance to the local communities.

Our adventure will continue toward the Checoq Archaeological Site, where we will discover traces of the Andean past and admire the surrounding mountain landscapes. From this area, we may also enjoy views of the impressive Chicon and Veronica snow-capped mountains, weather permitting.

Throughout the journey, we will make stops to take photographs, rest, and appreciate the diverse Andean scenery.

Finally, we will return to our ATV base in Cruzpata, leave the vehicles, and board our tourist transportation for the return journey to Cusco. Arrival is expected at approximately 7:00 p.m., with the tour ending at Plaza Regocijo.
