Day 1

Our adventure starts before sunrise picking you up from your accommodation in Cusco around 5:00am. We will then drive for 4h until we reach the National Sanctuary of Ampay. There, we will hike for around 2h hours until we reach la laguna Anq’asccocha. We will enjoy the nature of this sanctuary full of endemic species before we take the same way back to the entrance of the park. Day 2

On the second day, we will leave Andahuaylas early to have plenty of time to enjoy the stone forest (bosque de piedras) and the smurf’s houses (casa de los pitufos). We will drive about two hours and a half until we reach the village of Pampachiri, and then, another forty minutes before we reach the stone forest. We will explore there for a few hours.
